大丰港鼠类侵害分级模式建立及防治策略

摘    要:目的确立适合港口范围鼠类侵害分级模式,并根据模式提出灭鼠策略。方法以大丰港码头和工作生活区各类型单位室内外作为研究对象,目测法检查鼠征阳性房间,食饵法检查室外消耗率,分析阳性频度分布趋势,建立鼠类侵害程度分级指标值。结果根据鼠征阳性率范围均值、离散度以及港口卫生检疫实践,提出港口范围鼠征(食饵)法侵害程度分级标准:Ⅰ级(不足为害),侵害率0~2%;Ⅱ级(轻度侵害)侵害率2%~10%;Ⅲ级(中度侵害),侵害率10%~30%;Ⅳ级(重度侵害),侵害率≥30%。结论根据鼠征法确立港口范围鼠类侵害程度分级标准,为类似生境港口鼠情防治提供科学依据。

The rat invasion classification mode and control at Dafeng port

Abstract:Objective To establish the rat invasion classification mode which was fit for the scope of habour port, and draw up the prevention and control strategy. Methods Investigating the units and positive rate indoor and outdoor by rat muck and harass on the scope of 2 km habour dock. Analysing the trend of frequency distribution,building up the invasion degree classification. Results Considering the rate of rat muck positive range distribution, the average,dispersion and health quarantine practice,classification standard was established by rat muck :0- 2% was un- harmful ,2% - 10% was light, 10% - 30% was middle, and ≥30% was heavy. Conclusion The rat invasion standard by the degree of density (food consume rate) on the scope of habour port is feasible for killing the rodents, which can provide scientific basis for monitor, prevention and control with the similar habitat.
