摘    要:目的了解2007-2009年武汉市家蝇对6种常用杀虫剂的抗药性状况,为科学合理使用杀虫剂提供依据。方法微量点滴法。结果 2007-2009年武汉市家蝇对敌敌畏、胺菊酯和三氯杀虫酯的抗性较低,RR值均在10以内,属低抗性(或耐药性)。对溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯都已经产生了高抗性。结论根据抗药性调查结果应科学合理使用杀虫剂,积极提倡综合防治。

Abstract:Objective To understand resistance of Musca domestica in Wuhan and provide basic information for using insecticides reasonably. Methods Topical application. Results Musca domestica had low resistance to DDVP, tetramethrin and plifenate. It had developed high resistance to dehamenthrin, cypermethrin and beta- cypermethrin. Conclusion It is essential to use insecticides reasonably based on the results of resistance investigation and promote integrated pest management.
