驱蚊服饰面料驱避效果评价方法的探讨

摘    要:目的建立对驱蚊服饰面料驱避效果的评价方法。方法以淡色库蚊为试虫,在特制玻璃方箱中于不同时间观察测试布和对照布上蚊虫停落只数,以蚊虫总数的比值的大小来评价驱避效果。结果将本方法分别应用于纯棉型驱蚊服饰面料和涤/棉型驱蚊服饰面料对淡色库蚊驱避效果的评价,2种驱蚊服饰面料的驱避指数分别为0.68~53.14和0.78~∞。结论本方法试验材料易获取,方法简便易行,适合于对驱蚊服饰面料驱避效果的评价。

Abstract:Objective To set up a method of repellent efficacy for the apparel fabrics with mosquito repellent.Methods Culex pipiens pallens was used as test insect,and in different time observing simutaneously the number of mosquito landed on the test cloth and the control cloth in a special square chest of glass.It was to assess the repellent efficacy for the apparel fabrics with mosquito repellent.Results The method was used respectively to assess the repellent efficacy against Cx.pipiens pallens for purified cotton apparel fabrics with mosquito repellent and cotton/ terylene apparel fabrics with mosquito repellent.The index of mosquito repellent for the two kinds of apparel fabricses were 0.68~53.14 and 0.78~∞respectively.Conclusion The used experimental material is easy to obtain.The method is simple and efficient,and is suitable for the assessment of repellent efficacy for the apparel fabrics with mosquito repellent.
