128例前列腺液常规镜检与前列腺液细菌培养结果比较

[目的]探讨前列腺炎患者前列腺液直接镜检和前列腺液培养的相关性。[方法]分别计算两种方法阳性例数，并且计算出镜检异常与对应分离出的菌属的百分比，经过统计学r检验，比较两者的相关性。[结果]经比较，两种方法没有相关性。[结论]做前列腺检查时，两种方法的检查应该同时做，以确定是哪一类型的前列腺炎。

COMPARISON OF RESULTS OF ROUTINE MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION OF PROSTATIC FLUID WITH THOSE OF ITS CULTURE ]

[ Objective] To investigate the correlation of routine microscopic examination of prostatic fluid with its culture. [ Methods] The number of positive cases determined by the 2 methods were counted. The percentages of abnormal number in routine microscopic examination and that in culture were calculated and statistically analyzed to determine the correlation between the 2 methods. [ Results] There was no correlation between the 2 methods. [ Conclusion] The prostatic fluid should be examined by both methods to type the prostatitis.
