摘    要:目的:研究凋亡相关蛋白BAG-1、Survivin在急性白血病患者骨髓白血病细胞中的表达及其临床意义。方法:SABC法检测初治急性白血病患者骨髓单个核细胞BAG-1、Survivin蛋白表达水平,并动态检测患者不同治疗阶段BAG-1、Survivin蛋白表达,与非恶性血液病患者比较。结果:初诊急性白血病患者调亡相关蛋白BAG-1、Survivin表达阳性率显著高于对照组,P〈0.05,差异有显著性;完全缓解组与未缓解组比较,P〈0.05,差异有显著性。结论:BAG-1、Survivin蛋白是影响急性白血病缓解的重要因素;检测BAG-1、Sur-vivin蛋白对预判急性白血病能否缓解有重要临床意义。

Abstract:Objective:To study the expression of BAG-1 and Survivin proteins in bone marrow mononuclear cells of acute leukemia and its clinical significance.Methods: The expression of BAG-1 and Survivin proteins in bone marrow mononuclear cells of fifty cases with initial diagnosis acute leukemia were detected by SABC immunohistochemistry,and the expression of BAG-1 and Survivin proteins at different stages of treatment were analyzed.Results: The expression of BAG-1 and Survivin proteins in initial diagnosis acute leukemia were significantly higher than that of control(P0.05),the difference was statistically significant;There was a significant difference between complete remission group and non-complete remission group(P0.05).Conclusion: The expression of BAG-1 and Survivin proteins is an important prognostic factor in acute leukemia.The detection of BAG-1 and Survivin proteins can predict acute leukemia prognosis.
