| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨癌胚抗原（CEA）与细胞角蛋白19片段（CYFRA21-1）联合检测在肺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法：采用电化学发光方法检测116例肺癌患者与10例正常人血清中CEA与CYFRA21-1的水平。结果：肺癌患者血清中CEA与CYFRA21-1水平明显高于健康对照组（P〈0.05）;CEA与CYFRA21-1在肺癌中的检测率分别为41.2%与42.6%,二者联合检测敏感性与准确性均有明显提高;治疗后CEA与CYFRA21-1含量与治疗前相比显著降低（P〈0.05）。结论：CEA与CYFRA21-1联合检测可明显提高肺癌诊断阳性率,对临床诊断与疗效评价有一定的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of CEA and CYFRA21-1 in serum of patients with lung cancer.Methods： Serum levels of CEA and CYFRA21-1 were measured by electrochemiluminescence assay in 10 normal adults and 116 patients with lung cancer.Results： The levels of CEA in patients with lung cancer were obviously higher than those in control group（P0.05）.Sensitivity and veracity of combined detection was significantly increased（P0.05）.Conclusion： Combined detection of CEA and CYFRA21-1 has a notable value in clinical diagnosis and therapeutic evaluation for patients with lung cancer. |
