动静脉内瘘早期阻塞的防治及护理

目的探讨自体动静脉内瘘早期阻塞的防治和护理对策。方法对54例动静脉内瘘术后早期应用低分子肝素钠、喜疗妥软膏外涂,改善病人营养状况,避免低血压的发生以及做好内瘘术前、术后护理,预防内瘘阻塞的发生。结果54例自体动静脉内瘘中发生血管内瘘阻塞5例,发生率9.26%。结论在内瘘使用早期应用低分子肝素钠皮下注射、喜疗妥软膏外涂,改善病人营养状况,避免低血压的发生以及正确的护理和健康宣教,都是预防内瘘发生阻塞的重要措施。

PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF ARTERIOVENOUS FISTULA EARLY OBSTRUCTION AND ITS NURSING

Objective To study the prevention of self- arteriovenous fistula early obstruction and nursing responses. Methods For 54 cases of fistula, early application of low- molecular- weight heparin and Hirudoid ointment, improvement of the nutritional status of the patient, avoid the occurrence of low blood pressure, as well as doing a good job with fistula preoperative and postoperative care, etc. to prevent fistula obstruction occurrence. Results CAmong 54 patients with arteriovenous fistula 5 cases occurred blockage of fistula, the incidence is 9.26 percent. Conclusion Early use low - molecular - weight heparin subcutaneous injection, ointment external application, improve the nutritional status of the patient and avoid the occurrence of low blood pressure, as well as the right health care and education are important measures to prevent fistula blocking occurred.
