| 摘 要： | 目的了解南通地区解脲支原体（Uu）和人型支原体（Mh）感染状况及对抗菌药物的敏感性和耐药性。方法选取南通市妇幼保健院2008年3—7月共280例宫颈分泌物支原体阳性标本进行研究分析。结果单纯Uu感染占64．6％（181／280）；单纯Mh感染占7．5％（21／280）；Uu和Mh混合感染占27．9％（78／280）。10种常用的抗菌药物中美满霉素、强力霉素、交沙霉素对单纯的Uu及Mh的敏感性极高，但二者合并感染后敏感性下降，耐药性升高。罗红霉素、阿奇霉素、克拉霉素在混合感染中耐药性极高。结论南通地区支原体对常用抗茵药物的耐药性已较严重，临床应引起重视。
