| 摘 要： | 目的:调查儿童鼻窦炎患者中分泌性中耳炎的发病率情况。方法:对儿童鼻窦炎168例和正常儿童66例行鼓室声导抗测试,对比结果。结果:鼻窦炎患者中咽鼓管功能异常率为60.4%,鼓室导抗图异常率为58.3%,与正常儿童组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。鼻窦炎患者与伴腺样体肥大鼻窦炎患者鼓室导抗图异常率相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:儿童鼻窦炎易引起咽鼓管功能的改变,分泌性中耳炎发生率较正常儿童显著增高,伴腺样体肥大更易引起咽鼓管功能的异常。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the adenoidectomy effects on tympanogram changes in children with Adenoidshypertrophy.Method:Acoustic impedance tests were performed on 168 children with chronic sinusitis and 66 normal children.Result:In children with sinusitis,the function of the eustachian tube and the acoustic impedance tests were 60.4% and 58.3% respectively.Compared with the normal children,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The changes of the eustachian tube function caused by sinusitis lead to a significantly high incidence of otitis media with effusion. |
