| 摘 要： | 了解人际沟通团体心理辅导对提高医学生人际沟通能力的效果，探讨提高医学生人际沟通能力的有效方法。通过自愿报名和量表筛查，对16名某医学院校医学生进行6周的干预，通过用量表进行前测和后测来评定干预效果。表明心理辅导干预能较为有效改善和提高医学生人际沟通能力。 |

| Abstract: | Understanding of human communication psychological counseling groups to increase medical students' interpersonal communication skills to enhance the effect of medical students' interpersonal communication skills effective method,this paper explores some effective methods.By voluntarily signing up with the meter in a medical school 16 students were given a test in six weeks.Judging from the test psychological counseling will be more effective in improving medical students' interpersonal communication skills. |
