直肠肛管损伤的诊治体会(附27例报告)

目的：探讨肛管直肠损伤的诊断和治疗方法。方法：回顾性总结1995年～2002年收治的直肠肛管损伤27例，27例均行手术治疗。结果：行直肠损伤修补、转流性结肠造瘘11例，单纯修补肠壁13例，肛管会阴部清创缝合、局部引流3例。肛门括约肌修复6例，阴道损伤一期修补1例，治愈27例，无死亡病例，结论：及时正确的诊断和早期清创，修补破损、粪便转流及局部引流是提高肛管直肠损伤疗效的关键。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Anorectal Trauma A Clinical Report of 27 Cases

Objective To investigate diagnosis and treatment of anorectal trauma.Methods 27 cases with anorectal trauma were analyzed,and all of them were operated without death.Result 11cases were treated by rectum-repairing and colonstomy,13 by rectum-repairing,3 cases by anal canal-perinaeum debridement and suturing,6 cases by anal sphinct eroplasty,and 1 case by repairing colporrhaphy.All of 27 cases were cured without death.Conclusion The key of enhancing the effects of anorectal trauma maybe early diagnosis,early debridement,repairing laceration, stool stunt and local drain.
