悬吊式经脐单孔腹腔镜技术2例报告

目的:探讨悬吊式经脐单孔腹腔镜技术的可行性。方法:回顾分析2例患者(1例肝囊肿,1例胆囊息肉)行悬吊式经脐单孔腹腔镜手术的临床资料。结果:2例手术均获成功,无中转开腹。术后无出血、胆漏等并发症发生,胃肠功能恢复时间短(<24h),第2天进流质饮食。术后疼痛轻,未使用止疼药物,无肩背部酸痛。住院时间短,肝囊肿手术患者5d出院,胆囊手术患者2d出院。术后两周复查,脐部无明显手术瘢痕。结论:悬吊式经脐单孔腹腔镜技术安全可行,但操作难度较常规腹腔镜手术大,手术器械有待进一步改进和完善。悬吊式经脐单孔腹腔镜技术更具微创优势,尤其适用于心肺功能不全的患者,同时具有美容效果,极具推广价值,可望成为有前途的新型腹腔镜技术。

The application of suspended transumbilical single port laparoscopic surgery:with a report of 2 cases

Objective:To discuss the feasibility,methods and clinical application of suspended transumbilical single port laparoscopic surgery.Methods:The clinical data of 2 patients (one was hepatic cyst,the other was gallbladder polyps) undergoing suspended transumbilical single port laparoscopic surgery was retrospectively analyzed.Results:The two cases were successfully performed without open surgery.No postoperative complications such as bleeding and biliary leakage occurred.A shorter recovery time of gastrointestinal function was observed.The patients felt less pain and no analgesic drug was used.The mean time of hospitalization was 5 days and 2 days respectively.There were no visible scars on the abdominal wall.Conclusions:Suspended transumbilical single port laparoscopic surgery is a safe and feasible approach.It has the advantages of mini-invasion,rapid recovery,short hospitalization and cosmetic effect,it can also be considered as the first choice for the elderly and cardio-respiratory dysfunction patients.
