CD44v6在宫颈上皮内瘤样病变及宫颈癌中的表达

目的 :探讨 CD44v6在宫颈癌中的表达及临床意义。方法 :采用免疫组化 S- P法对 1 0例正常宫颈上皮、1 6例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变 ( CIN)、1 0例原位癌及 30例宫颈浸润癌标本中 CD44v6的表达进行检测。结果 :正常宫颈组织中 ,CD44v6无阳性表达。在宫颈CIN→原位癌→宫颈浸润癌中 ,阳性表达呈上升趋势。CD44v6阳性表达率与临床分期、病理分级呈正相关 ,有淋巴结转移者 CD44v6阳性表达明显高于无淋巴结转移者。结论 :CD44v6阳性表达与淋巴结转移密切相关 ,可作为评估预后的生物学指标。

Expression of CD44v6 in the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer

Objective: To study the expression and clinical significance of CD44v6 in cervical cancer .Methods:10 cases of normal cervical tissue,16 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, 10 cases of intraepithelial carcinoma of cervix uteri and 30 cases of invasive carcinoma of cervix uteri were detected for the expression of CD44v6 by means of immunohistochemical method S-P. Results: CD44v6 was negatively expressed in normal cervical epithelium. The expression of CD44v6 went up from CIN→intraepithelial carcinoma of cervix uteri→invasive carcinoma of cervix uteri. CD44v6 had positive correlation with clinical stage and histological grade of the carcinoma. The positive rate of CD44v6 in people with lymph nodes metastasis was higher than that of those without lymph nodes metastasis. Conclusion: The positive expression of CD44v6 has close relationship with lymphnode metastasis. Expression of CD44v6 is important to evaluate the prognosis of cervical cancer.
