康泉防治化疗所致恶心呕吐临床疗效观察

康泉是５－ＨＴ３受体拮抗剂，一种新型的止呕药。我们于１９９３年６月－８月采用康泉（３４周期）同期对照的方法，观察其防治各种化疗药物所致的恶心呕吐，第一天总有效率９１．２％。对含顺铂化疗的有效率８５％，优于胃复安（６１．３％及５０％），而其毒副反应轻微，除４例头痛外，无一例出现锥体外系症状。本文报告２９例３４周期化疗中使用该药的情况。

THE EFFICACY OF GRANISETRON AS AN ANTI-EMETIC AGENT IN CHEMOTHERAPY-INDUCED EMESIS

Granisetrom a selective 5-HT3 receptor antagonist,has been shownto be an effective anti-emetic agent.From June to August 1993. We observed that grani-setron was able to prevent chemotherapy-induced emesis in 91.2 % of 29 patients in thefirst days of 34 therapentic circles, while metoclopramide was effective only in 61.3 % of31 control patients. To prevent emesis induced by cisplatin containing regimens the effici-encies of Granisetron VS metnclopramide were 85% and 50%,respectively. The toxicitiesof granisetron were mild. 4 patients complained headache, but no extrapyramidal sideeffect appeared.
