腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床体会

目的:总结腹腔镜手术治疗良性卵巢囊肿的手术经验及临床疗效.方法:回顾分析2010年1月至2011年1月197例良性卵巢囊肿患者的临床资料.其中101例行腹腔镜手术,96例行开腹手术,对比分析两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、术后住院时间、并发症等指标.结果:腹腔镜组手术时间平均(76 ± 19) min,术中出血量平均(30.5±11.6) ml,术后肛门排气时间平均(18 1±10 7)h,术后平均住院(3.8±1.7)d,与开腹组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论:腹腔镜手术治疗良性卵巢囊肿患者创伤小,术中出血少,对其他脏器影响小,术后疼痛轻,不良反应少,康复快,对生活影响小,容易推广普及.

The clinical experience of laparoscopic surgery in treatment of ovarian cyst

Objective:To summarize the experience and clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery in treatment of benign ovarian cysts.Methods:The clinical data of 197 patients of benign ovarian cysts from Jan.2010 to Jan.2011 were analyzed retrospectively,of whom 101 cases underwent laparoscopic surgery and 96 cases underwent laparotomy.A comparative analysis was made on the operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative flatus time,postoperative hospital stay and complications between the two groups.Results:In the laparoscopy group,operative time was(76±19) min,intraoperative blood loss was(30.5±11.6) ml,postoperative flatus time was(18.1±10.7) h,postoperative hospital stay was(3.8±1.7) d,which had significant differences in comparison with the open surgery group.Conclusions:Laparoscopic surgery for benign ovarian cysts has less trauma,and less bleeding,and less influence on other organs.Patients has less pain,fewer adverse reactions,and more rapid recovery.It is easily popularized.
