摘    要:采用TBA法在脱氧核糖水平上研究了肌肽对Phen -CuSO4-Vc系统引起的DNA损伤的作用 ,并对其作用机理作了初步探讨。同时设甘露醇、苯甲酸钠、二甲基亚砜作对照 ,发现肌肽对DNA损伤的保护作用明显优于甘露醇、苯甲酸钠、二甲基亚砜

Abstract:The effects of carnosine on DNA damage induced by ascorbate Cu-phenanthroline system was studied on deoxyribose level, using TBA reaction, and made some analysis on the mechanism carnosine protect DNA. The protect effects of Mannitol?Benzoate and Dimethylsulfoxide also been studied. It was suggested that carnosine has a higher protect effect that Mannitol?Benzoate and Dimethylsulfoxide in the right systerm.
