冠心病一级康复预防的实施与长期指导

目的：探讨冠心病一级康复预防的实施与长期疗效。方法：354例分别患有血压，糖尿病，血脂异常等冠心病高危因素的患被随机分为两组，观察组242例，进行冠心病一级康复预防，即妥善控制冠心病的危险因素，并长期指导，定期复查；对照组仍按照常常规方法治疗，不定期随诊，结果：观察组冠心病危险因素的控制与稳定，冠心病发病的减少明显优于对照组（P＜0．01），结论：一级康复预防是患有冠心病危险因素患预防冠心病，降低其发病率较有效的方法。

Study of first grade rehabilitation prevention and long-term guide treatment in patients with risk factors of coronary heart disease

Objective:To study the efficacy of first grade rehabilitation prevention and long|term guide in patients with risk factors of coronary heart disease(CAD).Methods:Three hundreds and fifty four patients with CHD risk factors(such as hypertension,diabetes,blood fat obnormality) were randomly divided to observation group(242 cases) and control group(112 cases);Observation group was treated by first grade rehabilitation prevention model that treating the hypertension,diabetes and blood fat abnormality;giving long|term guidelines.Control group was treated by routine way.Results:The control of CHD risk factors and decrease of CHD morbidity were better in observation group,than that of control group(P<001).Conclusion:The first grade rehabilitation prevention is more effective model in preventing CHD in patients with CHD risk factors.
