| 摘 要： | 目的]观察二陈汤加味治疗寒喘(慢性阻塞性肺疾病COPD)疗效。方法]将80例住院寒喘病例随机分成两组,治疗组40例使用二陈汤加味,对照组40例给予头孢曲松钠和二羟丙茶碱。结果]二陈汤加味组对于寒喘症状、体征的治疗比对照组,具有更加良好的疗效(P>0.05)结论]二陈汤加味组治疗寒喘疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective] Modified Two Old Drugs Decoction treat cold dyspnea(COPD) patients.Method] 80 patients with asthma were randomly divided into the cold hospital groups,the treatment group,40 patients using the Modified Two Old Drugs Decoction the control group,40 patients given ceftriaxone and two hydroxypropyl theophylline.Results] Modified Two Old Drugs Decoction group breath for cold symptoms and signs of treatment than the control group,with a more favorable effect(P>0.05) Conclusion] Modified Two Old Drugs Decoction treatment group effect is significant cold surge. |
