俯卧位牵引配合理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症65例

[目的]观察俯卧位牵引配合理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效。[方法]令患者俯卧于电动腰椎牵引床上,应用治疗仪固定腋下至肋骨下缘,牵引力量为患者体重的1~2/10,时间20~30min,12h 1次,并应用中频治疗器,对痛点及其对称点处治疗20min,12h 1次。[结果]65例中临床治愈40例,好转20例,无效5例,治愈率61.54%。[结论]俯卧位牵引配合理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症无创伤、无痛苦感,疗效满意。

[Objective] Carry on traditional Chinese medicine and modern physiotherapy cooperation of apparatus clinical to explore medical treatment.[Method] Prostrate location draw and cooperation of physiotherapy treat,to to follow up a case by regular visits to 65 1 week-24 month in protrusion of the intervertebral disc such as waist.Evaluate curative effect according to " Chinese medicine disease make a diagnosis standard ".[Result] Healing rate is 61.54%,taking a favorable turn rate is 13%.[Conclusion] There is not a wound while treating,there is not a agony sense while operating,curative effect is good.
