| 摘 要： | [目的]观察参附注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效。[方法]随机将100例充血性心力衰竭患者分为对照组50例,治疗组50例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组给予常规治疗联合应用参附注射液。[结果]治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为94.00%和92.00%,治疗组未发现不良反应。[结论]参附注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭疗效确切、安全有效。 |

| Abstract: | [Objective] To observe the effect of Shenfu injection on congestive heart failure.[Methods] The 100 patients of congestive heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 patients in each group.Based on routine therapy,the former added with Shenfu injection,the latter only with routine therapy.[Results] After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment and control groups were 94% and 82% respective,there was statistical difference(P<0.05)between the two group.In the treatment group no side effects were present.[Conclusion] There is an obvious therapeutic effect of Shenfu injection in treating congestive heart failure. |
