| 摘 要： | 目的观察脑钠肽(BNP)在COPD患者中合并不同心功能不全的水平变化,探讨其临床诊断价值。方法选取COPD合并左心功能不全患者10例(A组)和合并右心功能不全13例(B组),并选取同期住院不合并心功能不全的COPD患者20例作为对照组,测定它们的血浆BNP值,对比各组之间血浆BNP值的变化。结果A组、B组及C组BNP水平分别为(886.7±270.3)pg/ml、(248.3±77.1)pg/ml、(66.4±36.5)pg/ml。各组间比较,有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论检测COPD患者血浆BNP有助于诊断患者是否合并心功能不全;血浆BNP值增高程度与心功能不全的类型有关。
