| 肥厚型心肌病的磁共振成像研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 作者分析了经ＭＲＩ诊断的１１９例肥厚型心肌病磁共振成像所见，主要有：室间隔或／和右室壁肌肥厚，肥厚心肌为均匀一致中等信号，向心腔内凸出，致室腔缩小、变形，收缩期增厚率下降。作者还对肥厚型心肌病的ＭＲＩ诊断价值和诊断标准进行了探讨。 |

| Abstract: | The MR findings of 119 cases with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM)were analysed.The main diagnostic points were:hypertrophy of interventricular septum or/and the wall of left ventricle. with homogeneous medium signal intensity. reduced systolic thickening percentage.bulging into ventricle and encroaching upon the chamber which become smaller and deformed.The diagnostic value and criteria of MRI were also discussed. |
