| 摘 要： | 作者对手术病理证实的７例眶壁骨瘤的ＣＴ资料进行了回顾性分析。７例术前均经ＣＴ明确诊断，表现为眶内骨样密度肿块与眶壁相连，部分病例肿块侵及邻近副鼻窦。ＣＴ检查可明确眶壁骨瘤的形态、位置、大小及其与邻近组织的关系，对临床治疗有指导作用。 |

| Abstract: | The authors analyzed the CT findings of 7 cases with osteoma of the orbital wall retrospectively. All were diagnosed definitely by CT. The CT findings included compact bone density mass in the orbital wall protruding into the orbit and masses involving adjacent paranasal sinuses. CT can demonstrate the location. size and shape of osteoma as well as its relation with surrounding structures thereby providing useful information to guide therapy. |
