| 摘 要： | 目的 观察颈椎前路植骨融合内固定手术的护理效果。方法 颈椎前路植骨融合内固定手术前后给予完善的围手术治疗及护理。结果 12例手术患者均获得成功，术后骨性融合达到100％。结论 对颈椎前路植骨融合内固定术围手术期护理应重点做好术前的充分准备，术后的颈椎稳定性、各项生命指标的观察、监测与处理，呼吸管理以及并发症的预防。

Nursing of Bone Grafting Internal Fixation Pre-cervicales |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of nursing on bone grafting internal fixation pre cervicales. Methods Pre and post bone fixation, complete nursing and treatment were given. Results The operations on 12 cases of patients were successful, the rate of synostosis is 100%. Conclusions The key to nursing of bone grafting internal fixation pre cervicales are complete preparation, the stability of cervicales, observation and surveillance of every life index, management of respiratory tract and prevention of complication. |
