我院218例药品不良反应报告分析

目的了解医院药品不良反应（ADR）的发生特点,促进临床合理用药。方法对2007年1月1日至2009年11月30日收集的218例ADR按年报告数量、来源、给药途径、药品种类、累及器官、临床表现等进行统计分析。结果 218例ADR涉及药品66种;引发ADR药物主要为中药注射剂,其次是抗感染药物;累及器官主要为皮肤及其附件;ADR经治疗后症状消失或缓解,没有死亡病例。结论需加强和完善ADR监测工作,应特别重视中药注射剂质量及其合理使用,避免或减少ADR的发生。

ADR Reports Analysis of 218 Cases in Our Hospital

Objective To investigate the features of adverse drug reactions（ADR） occurred in our hospital for promoting the rational drug use in clinic.Methods A total of 218 ADR cases collected in our hospital from Jan.1,2007 to Nov.30,2009 were analyzed statistically in respect of the number of cases reports,source of reports,drug categories,routes of administration,involved systems and the clinical mani-festations,etc.Results Of the total 218 ADR cases,the involved drugs totalled 66 kinds.Chinese medicine preparations and anti-infection drugs showed the highest proportions.Lesions of skin and its appendants took the lead.All symptoms disappeared or relieved after treatment without death.Conclusion ADR monitoring work should be emphasized and improved.Greater attention should be given to the quality and the rational use of Chinese medicine injection in case to avoid and reduce the occurance of ADRs.
