穴位敷贴治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效观察

目的:寻找治疗口腔溃疡的最佳方法。方法:敷贴组采用穴位敷贴治疗,针刺组用单纯针刺治疗,观察治疗1个月。结果:敷贴组总有率为92.7％,针刺组为93.3％(P>0.05),随访1年后复发率分别为5.3％与14.3％(P<0.05)。结论:穴位敷贴治疗复发性口腔溃疡与单纯针刺组疗效相仿,且效果稳定,复发率低、无毒副作用。

Observation on the therapeutic effect of acupoint application on recurrent oral ulcer

Objective To search the best method for treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods The treatment group (82 cases) were treated by acupoint application and the control group with simple acupuncturte for one month. Results The total effective rate and the recurrent rate one year later were 92.7% and 5.3% in the treatment group, and 93.3% and 14.3% in the control group, with a significant difference (P>0.05) in the total effective rate, but with a significant difference (P<0.05) in the recurent rate between the two groups. Conclusion Acupoint application and simple acupuncture have a similar therapeutic effect, but the acupoint application has a lower recurrent rate in treatment of recurrent oral ulcer.
