| 摘 要： | 目的研究中药防风对胃癌SGC-7901细胞生长的影响。方法通过细胞培养技术、集落形成实验、MTT实验等方法,观察防风对胃癌SGC-7901细胞生长的影响。结果SGC-7901细胞在防风作用24 h后,出现体积变小、核固缩、空泡样变化等形态学改变。防风对SGC-7901细胞的生长曲线、集落形成有明显的抑制作用,其抑制作用与防风的浓度和时间呈正相关,其IC50值为24 mg/ml。结论防风能抑制SGC-7901细胞生长,这些结果为防风在临床上的进一步应用提供了理论依据。
