| 摘 要： | 目的研究硝苯地平在与镇痛药合用治疗癌痛的价值。方法癌痛患者５０例，随机分为两组：对照组２０例，口服罗痛定３０ｍｇ和强痛定３０ｍｇ，每天３次；硝苯地平组３０例，除上述药物外，加服硝苯地平１０ｍｇ，每天３次。治疗１周后，用视觉模拟评分法（ＶＡＳ）评定疗效。结果硝苯地平组镇痛效果明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１）。结论硝苯地平有辅助治疗癌痛的作用。

| Abstract: | To investigate the efficacy of nifedipine combined with non-narcotic drugs in the treatment of cancer pain.METHODS 50 patients with cancer pain were randomly divided into 2 groups: (A) 20 patients weretreated with rotudine 30 mg tid and AP-237 30 mg tid po, and (B) 30 patients were given nifedipine 10 mgtid po in addition. The courses of treatment were 1 week in both groups.RESULTS The analgesic effects of group B were better than those of group A(P<0. 001 ) .CONCLUSIONS Treating cancer pain with nifedipine as an adjuvant drug may be more effective thannon-narcotics only. |
