胎膜早破绒毛膜羊膜炎与新生儿预后的关系

目的:探讨胎膜早破及绒毛膜羊膜炎与新生儿预后的关系.方法:对我院80例胎膜早破病例进行回顾性分析.结果:胎膜早破并发绒毛膜羊膜炎率较高,早产胎膜早破组达53.8%.绒毛膜羊膜炎组新生儿窒息、新生儿肺炎、病理性黄疸中的发病率高于非绒毛膜羊膜炎组(P＜0.05).病理分类不同,但孕妇外周血的白细胞表达无显著性差异.结论:胎膜早破与绒毛膜羊膜炎及感染关系密切,胎膜早破绒毛膜羊膜炎与新生儿预后有密切关系,应重视亚临床型的绒毛膜羊膜炎.

Relationship between premature rupture of membranes,chorioamnionitis and neonate prognosis

Objective：To approach the relationship between premature rupture of membranes（PROM）,chorioamnionitis and neonate prognosis.Methods：80 cases of premature rupture of membranes in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results：The incidence rate of chorioamnionitis in PROM was high,in PPROM the rate was 53.8%.The rate of neonatal asphyxia,pneumonia of newborn,jaundice in chorioamnionitis group was higher than that in the another group.There was no difference in maternal blood white blood cell between chorioamnionitis group and unchorioamnionitis group.Conclusion：There is close relationship between PROM and chorioamnionitis.Premature rupture of membranes,chorioamnionitis and neonate prognosis have close relation.We have to think highly of subclinical chorioamnionitis.
