带蒂皮瓣修复手掌皮肤软组织缺损的临床研究

目的:探讨各种创伤所致手掌软组织缺损的有效治疗方法和应用价值.方法:利用多种带蒂皮瓣修复各种创伤所致手掌软组织缺损73例的资料.结果:59例皮瓣完全成活,7例皮瓣部分表浅坏死,7例皮瓣边缘坏死.随访3个月～2.5年,皮瓣外观良好,手功能恢复较满意.结论:根据手掌软组织缺损情况选用合适带蒂皮瓣早期修复可使手功能得到良好恢复.

Clinical ttudy of using flaps with pedicles to repair skin and soft tissue defects of palm

Objective：To explore the therapeutic method and experience of using several kinds of flaps with pedicles to repair skin and soft tissue defects of palm. Methods： 73 cases of skin and soft tissue defects of palm were repaired by using several kinds of flaps with vascular pedicle and abdominal flap with pedicle.Results：59 flaps had survived, 14 flaps had signs of circulation crisis postoperatively for a few days and survived after treatment. After 3 months to 2.5 years of follow up postoperatively,flaps showed better tissue condition,function of the hand had a good recovery. Conclusion：The function of hand has a good recovery by using proper flaps with pedicles to repair early skin and soft tissue defects of palm.
