| 摘 要： | 目的:观察左旋氨氯地平治疗老年性高血压的有效性和安全性.方法:128例原发性高血压患者服用左旋氨氯地平,疗程6个月.结果:128例患者中总有效率93.1%,治疗2周后与治疗前比较,坐位血压明显下降,治疗前为(162±13)/(101±14)mmHg(1mmHg=0.133 kPa),治疗后为(140±11)/(94±9)mmHg,治疗前后比较P<0.05.但心率无明显变化(P>0.05).结论:左旋氨氯地平治疗老年性高血压安全有效,值得临床推广应用. |

| Abstract: | Objective：To evaluate of the effectiveness and safety of levamlodipine in the treatment of senile hypertension.Methods：128 cases of senile hypertension were given levamlodipine for 6 months.Results：The total effective rate was 93.1%.Sitting blood pressure decreased significantly in two weeks after treatment compared with before treatment,before treatment：（162±13）/（101 ±14）mmHg;after treatment：（140±12/92±6）mmHg.No significant change on heart rate occurred（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：In the treatment of senile hypertension,levamlodipine is safe,effective and worth popularizing. |
