食管贲门癌术后吻合口良性狭窄的扩张治疗

目的:评价内镜下探条扩张治疗食管贲门癌术后吻合口良性狭窄的疗效.方法:对49例食管贲门癌术后吻合口良性狭窄的探条扩张治疗进行回顾性分析.结果:探条扩张治疗食管贲门癌术后吻合口良性狭窄治愈率87.8%,总有效率95.9%,无大出血、穿孔等并发症,1例经6次扩张治疗无效,置入全覆膜回收式支架,2个月后取出,远期疗效好.结论:探条扩张是治疗食管贲门癌术后吻合口良性狭窄简便、安全、有效的方法.

Dilatational treatment for postoperative benign esophageal stricture of esophageal and cardiac carcinoma

Objective：To evaluate the effect of endoscopic bougie dilation therapy on postoperative benign esophageal stricture of esophagealand cardiac carcinoma. Methods：To retrospectively analyze 49 cases of postoperative benign esophageal stricture of esophagealand cardiac carcinoma treated by endoscopic bougie dilation therapy.Results：The curative rate of postoperative benign esophageal stricture treated by endoscopic bougie dilation therapy reached 87.8%. The total effective rate obtained 95.9%.There were no complications such as massive haemorrhage and perforation. Only one case had no effect after six times treatment of endoscopic bougie dilation and received implantation of recycling stent.The stent was taken out 2 months later. The long-term effect was displayed. Conclusion：The Endoscopic bougie dilation therapy for postoperative benign esophageal stricture of esophagealand cardiac carcinoma is characterized by security, efficiency and simplicity.
