| 摘 要： | 目的:评价腰椎间盘在不同扫描参数下的辐射剂量和图像质量及低剂量CT在引导经皮穿刺臭氧消融治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的应用价值.方法:60例患者按常规剂量和低剂量扫描随机分为2组.比较两种扫描参数下的CT权重剂量指数(CTDIw)和剂量长度乘积(DLP)以及低剂量扫描所得图像与常规剂量图像的质量差异.结果:CT引导椎间盘穿刺全部成功.当扫描mA值由200减至50时,CTDIw和DLP仅为常规剂量的25%,而图像质量无明显下降(P＞0.05).结论:采用50 mA低剂量CT扫描,不仅可以成功引导臭氧消融治疗腰椎间盘突出症,而且能使患者的辐射剂量明显减少. |

| Abstract: | Objective：To appraise the radiation dosages and the image quality in different CT parameters,and to discuss the utilizing value of low dose CT guide in curing prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc by percutaneous puncture and ablation with ozone.Meth- ods：Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups （routine group and low dose group）.Weighted CT dose index （CTDIw）,doselength product （DLP） and image quality produced by each scanning protocol were compared respectively.Results ：All paracenteses guided by CT were succeed. As mA decreased from 200 to 50, the CTDIw and DLP decreased by 75%,the image quality without change was found （P〉0.05）.Conclusion： Scanning with low dose （50mA） can be used not only to guide the cure of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc by ablation with ozone, but also to reduce the radiation dosages obviously. |
