老年病人腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗体会

目的:评价老年病人腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的安全性及可行性,探讨防范风险的应对措施.方法:回顾性分析我院2007年2月～2010年3月对105例老年胆囊疾病病人行腹镜胆囊切除术的临床资料.结果:88例成功行LC手术,中转开腹17例,无严重手术并发症及死亡病例.结论:只要重视围手术期的处理,对老年病人也可以安全地施行腹腔镜胆囊切除术.

Eeperience of laparocscopic cholecystectomy in elderly patients

Objective：To evaluate the safety and feasibility of laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC） in elderly patients,and to explore how to keep away from its risk. Methods：One hundred and five elderly patients admitted from Feb.2007 to Mar.2010 underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallbladder diseases in our hospital,and the clinical data of these patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results：Eighty-eight cases with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were succeeded. Seventeen cases were transferred to open operation,no serious complications or death occurred.Conclusion：With the proper perioperative management and technique refinement,LC is a safe surgical operation in selective elder patients.
