护理干预对30例高血压脑出血的效果及GCS的影响

目的:探讨护理干预对高血压脑出血的效果及对GCS评分的影响.方法:60例高血压脑出血患者随机分为护理干预组及对照组(未给予系统护理干预)各30例,观察比较两组患者手术时间、并发症及死亡率,护理干预对手术GCS评分的影响.结果:不同术式的护理干预组的GCS评分均较对照组有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:对不同时期高血压脑出血患者开展有效的护理干预工作,可以有效地降低并发症的发生,应予以积极的推广.

Effects of nursing intervention on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and GCS in 30 cases

Objective：To study the nursing efficacy analysis of nursing interventions on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and to investigate its effect on the GCS score.Methods：60 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into nursing intervention group and control group without the systemic nursing intervention,30 cases in each group.The operative time,complications,mortality and the effects of nursing intervention on surgical GCS score were compared between the two groups.Results：The GCS scores of nursing intervention groups in different surgical modes were improved significantly compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Carrying out effective nursing interventions on the patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage at different stages can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,which should be actively promoted.
