葛根全虫汤治疗血管神经性头痛60例

[目的]观察葛根全虫汤治疗血管神经性头痛的临床疗效。[方法]将120例本病患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例采用葛根全虫汤治疗,对照组60例口服尼莫地平片及卡马西平片。[结果]治疗组60例中,临床控制30例,显效16例,有效10例,无效4例,总有效率93.3%;对照组仅为80.0%,两组比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。[结论]葛根全虫汤治疗血管神经性头痛疗效满意。

Gegen Quanchong Decoction Treatment of Angioneurotic Headache 60 cases

[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of the the Gegen Quanchong decoction treatment of angioneurotic headache.[Methods] 120 cases were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group 60 cases of the Gegen Quanchong decoction treatment,control group 60 cases of oral Nimodipine and carbamazepine.[Results] The group of 60 patients,clinical control of 30 cases,16 cases markedly effective,effective 10 cases,4 cases noneffective,the total efficiency of 93.3%,in the control group only 80.0% respectively,there were significant difference(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Pueraria worm soup efficacy of the treatment of angioneurotic headache satisfied.
