缺血性中风患者幽门螺旋杆菌感染状况调查

摘    要:
目的探讨幽门螺旋杆菌(HP)感染在缺血性中风发生发展中的作用。方法采用ELISA方法检验80例缺血性中风患者和80例健康体检者血清中的抗-HP-IgG,用Western-blot方法检测血清抗CagA抗体以及抗VacA抗体,比较合并HP感染的缺血性中风患者与非HP感染患者之间的差异。结果缺血性中风患者的HP感染率明显高于非缺血性中风患者(65.0%和47.5%,P<0.05),HP感染增加缺血性中风的危险性,其比值比(OR)及95%可信区间(95%CI)为2.05(1.09~3.88);Ⅰ型(Ca-gA VacA )HP菌株感染率明显高于其他型,也增加患缺血性中风的危险性,其OR及95%CI是2.29(1.08~4.85)。结论HP感染是缺血性中风的危险因素之一,Ⅰ型(CagA VacA )HP菌株可能在缺血性中风发生发展中发挥优势作用。

Abstract:
Objective To discuss the action of Helicobacter pyulory(HP) infection in the development of ischemia stroke.Methods ELISA method was used to detect the serum level of HP antibody of IgG in 80 cases of ischemia stroke and 80 healthy cases.Western-blot assay was used to detect the serum levels of antibodies of CagA and VacA.The difference between the patients with ischemia stroke complicated by HP infection and those without HP infection was found out.Results HP infetion rate of the patients with ischemia stroke(65.0 %) was much higher than that of the patients with non-ischemia stroke(47.5 %,P<0.05).HP infection raised the risk of ischemia stroke with odds ratio(OR) of 2.05 and 95 % CI of 1.09 to 3.88.Type I(CagA VacA ) HP strain had a higher infective rate than other strains and also raised the risk of ischemia stroke with OR of 2.29 and 95 % CI of 1.08 to 4.85.Conclusion HP infection is one of the risk factors inducing ischemia stroke.Type I(CagA VacA ) HP strain may play an important role in the development of ischemia stroke.
