| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨治疗高位直肠周围脓肿方法临床优点疗效。方法：对48例采用开窗留桥对口引流挂线根治高位肛周脓肿。结果：临床全部治愈。结论：应用该方法治疗高位肛周脓肿明显优于传统的治疗方法，愈合后有效防止肛门变形，瘢痕形成小，疗程缩短，肛门功能正常，效果满意。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:to discuss the therapeutic effect of interlocking thread-drawing and through-drainage in the treatment of high perianal abscess.Methods:48 cases of high perianal abscess were underwent with interlocking thread-drawing and through-drainage.Results:48 cases receive such drainage threatment, all of them got cured.Conclusion:this method is better than traditional operation, to reduce the course of threatment, to avoid the occurrence of many sequelae. It reveals a satisfactory therapeutic method. |
