倍他乐克治疗围生期心肌病疗效分析

目的:探讨倍他乐克治疗围生期心肌病的临床疗效。方法:40例围生期心肌病患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各20例患者,对照组用常规方法治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用倍他乐克,比较两组疗效、左室射血分数(LVEF)和不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为70%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效要优于对照组;两组治疗前LVEF比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组LVEF均增加,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但治疗组增加更为显著,不但与治疗前差异显著,与对照组比较,差异也具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率为15%,对照组为10%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:倍他乐克治疗围生期心肌病效果显著。

Treat Effect Analysis of Betlaoc to Treat Peripartum Cardiomyopathy

Objective:To explore the treat effect of betlaoc to treat peripartum cardiomyopathy.Method:select 40 patients that treated in our hospital and randomly divided into treat group and control group,20 patients each group,the control group are treated with traditional method,and on the base the treat group are treated with betlaoc,compare their treat effect,LVEF and adverse effect.Results:total effect of the treat group is 90%,which of the control is 70%,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05);LVEF of the two groups before treating has no statistical significance(P>0.05),after treating LVEF of the two groups is improved and has statistical significance compared with before treating,but the treat group changed more obvious,compared with the control group,the difference is statistical significant(P<0.05);adverse effect rate of the treat group is 15%,which of the control group is 10%,the difference has no statistical signifinance(P>0.05)。Conclusion:using betlaoc to treat peripartum cardiomyopathy has good effect and can be widely used in clinic.
