摘    要:目的:评价条形码扫描发药系统在门诊药房的应用情况。方法:介绍条形码扫描发药系统的主要构成,简述其工作流程及使用情况,评估其对发药差错率、患者窗口停留时间和药学人员压力等影响。结果:发药差错率降低,患者窗口停留时间缩短、患者用药教育得到加强,同时也减轻了药学人员压力。结论:条形码扫描发药系统的应用能明显,提高门诊药房药学服务质量,且实用性强,得到药师和患者的普遍好评。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the application of bar code scanning system for medicine dispensing in the outpatients of our hospital.Method: The main compositions,working process and application of the bar code scanning system for medicine dispensing was introduced.The effects of the system on the medicine dispensing error rate,window residence time of patients and the stress of pharmacists were investigated.Result: The medicine dispensing error rate was decreased.The window residence time of patients was shortened.The patient medicine education was strengthened,and the stress of pharmacists was relieved.Conclusion: Bar code scanning system can obviously decrease the medicine dispensing error rate,shorten the window residence time of patients and improve the quality of pharmaceutical care in outpatient pharmacy.The practicality of the system is promising which obtains widespread praise from pharmacists and patients.
