Waldenstrom巨球蛋白血症24例临床分析

 目的 探讨华氏巨球蛋白血症（WM）的临床特点。 方法 对1988年1月至2006年 4月诊治的24例WM患者进行回顾性分析。结果 WM缺乏典型临床表现，且并发症多，故误诊率高。11例接受治疗的患者，7例达部分缓解，1例无效，1例失访，2例死亡。疗程最长达12年。结论 WM好发于老年人，男性多见，其临床表现主要为贫血、出血、体重减轻、神经系统症状及肝、脾、淋巴结大。自身免疫现象是其显著特征。化疗为其主要治疗手段，预后较差，病程长短不一。

Clinical analysis of 24 patients with Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia. Methods 24 patients with Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia diagnosed in our hospital during January 1988 to April 2006 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia is short of typical clinical representations and has lots of complications, so it is very easy misdiagnoscd. Among the 11 cases accepting treatment, 7 cases attained partial response, one case no response,one case lost follow-up, two cases died. The longest course of diseases was 12 years. Conclusion Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia is a male preponderance, sharp increace in rates with age.The primary clinical representations are anemia,hemorrhage,becoming thin, neural symptoms and hepatomegaly, splenomegaly, lymphadenopathy. Autoimmune phenomena is its, distinct feature. The primary treatment is chemotherapy. The prognosis is poor and the length df the disease course is variable.
