| 摘 要： | 目的：进行抗人肝癌的肿瘤主动性免疫研究，初步探讨人肝细胞肝癌（HCC）中p53蛋白及热休克蛋白70（HSP70）的表达并分析其间的关系。方法：免疫组织化学Envision法。结果：p53蛋白及HSP70均定位于细胞核或／和细胞质中。HCC中p53蛋白及HSP70阳性率分别为56．60％及49．06％；p53阳性者中88．68％伴有HSP70阳性，而HSP70阳性者中96．23％同时有p53阳性。结论：HCC中p53蛋白及HSP70表达增高，两者表达间有相关性。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relationship between the expression of P 53 and HSP70 in human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) for further research on anti-tumor active immunity.Methods:Immunohistochemistry Envision method.Results:In human HCC, p53 and HSP70 positive products were all located in the nuclei or/and cytoplasm. The positive rates of p53 and HSP70 were 56.60% and 49.06% respectively; In the cases showing the p53 positive reaction, 88.68% also showed positive reaction against HSP70; On the other hand, among HSP70 positive cases, 96.23% were accompanied by p53 positive reaction.Conclusion:The expression of p53 protein and HSP70 is increased and correlated with each other. |
