| 摘 要： | 目的:探索上消化道出血对快HP速尿素酶检测结果的影响。方法:将54例消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血病人与108例消化性溃疡不伴有上消化道出血病人进行内镜下活检快速尿素酶幽门螺杆菌(HP)检测,对结果进行对照分析。结果:消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血HP阳性率低于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:上消化道出血影响快速尿素酶HP检测结果。

| Abstract: | Objective:Purpose: to search the relationship between upper gastrointestinal bleeding and fast urea enzyme of HP.Methods: To take fast urea enzyme of HP of those patient by endoscope, then compare the result between 54 patients of PU together with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage and 108 patients of PU noncombine with UGH, lastly, analysis the result.Results:There is a significant difference between the two group.Conclusion:Upper gastrointestinal bleeding take a impact on the result of fast urea enzyme of ... |
