| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨自身免疫性肝病与慢性病毒性肝炎患者血清中自身抗体的表达差异及诊断应用价值.方法 采用间接免疫荧光法和免疫印迹条带法对48例自身免疫性肝炎(AIH)、31例原发性胆汁性肝硬化(PBC)、55例慢性病毒性肝炎患者检测 ANA、SMA、AMA、pANCA、AMA-M2、SLA/LP、LKM-1和LC-1 等自身抗体.结果 AIH组以高滴度的ANA、SMA、pANCA为主,检出率为71%、65%、66%,与慢性病毒性肝炎组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PBC组以ANA、 AMA 、AMA-M2为主,检出率为45%、96.7%、93.5%,显著高于慢性病毒性肝炎组(P<0.01).结论 自身抗体的联合检测对自身免疫性肝病的诊断及鉴别诊断有重要意义.
