| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨人类白细胞抗原G(HLA-G)蛋白在正常妊娠和原因不明习惯性流产绒毛滋养细胞中的表达及其与两者的关系。方法:采用免疫组化法检测HLA-G蛋白在原因不明习惯性流产组(n=19)和正常妊娠组(对照组)(n=29)的表达情况。结果:HLA-G在原因不明习惯性流产组的表达明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:HLA-G蛋白的表达下调可能是原因不明习惯性流产发生的因素。

Relationship between differential expression of HLA-G and unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion |

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the expressions of human leukocyte antigen-G(HLA-G) protein in trophoblasts of normal pregnancy and unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion(URSA) and its relationship with normal pregnancy and URSA.Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of HLA-G protein in URSA group(n = 19) and normal pregnancy group(control group)(n =29).Results: The expression level of HLA-G protein in URSA group was statistically significantly lower than that in control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion: Down-regulation of HLA-G protein may be one of causes of URSA. |
