应用钼靶和彩超联合诊断乳腺癌的价值

目的:探讨应用乳腺数字钼靶(钼靶)和彩色多普勒超声(彩超)联合诊断乳腺癌的新进展和临床应用的价值。方法:收集了2008～2011年近4年来的136例经病理证实的乳腺癌患者的临床资料,分析乳腺钼靶和彩超的各自影像特点、鉴别诊断各自的优势及联合诊断乳腺癌的重要意义。结果:单独运用钼靶和彩超的乳腺癌诊断符合率分别为90.44%和82.35%,而联合诊断符合率可高达94.12%(128/136)。结论:在乳腺癌的诊断过程中,钼靶和彩超均为诊断乳腺癌的首选方法,两者联合应用对提高乳腺癌诊断的敏感性、准确性均有较高价值。

Value of Molybdenum-target mammography combined with color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of breast cancer

Objective: To explore the new progress and clinical application value of Molybdenum-target mammography combined with color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods: The clinical data of 136 patients who were diagnosed as breast cancer by pathological examination from 2008 to 2011 were collected,the image characteristics of Molybdenum-target mammography and color Doppler ultrasonography were analyzed respectively,the advantages of differential diagnosis with Molybdenum-target mammography and color Doppler ultrasonography respectively and the important significance of joint detection for diagnosis of breast cancer were analyzed.Results: The coincidence rates of single Molybdenum-target mammography and single color Doppler ultrasonography for diagnosis of breast cancer were 90.44% and 82.35%,respectively,but the coincidence rate of joint detection was as high as 94.12%(128 /136).Conclusion: Both Molybdenum-target mammography and color Doppler ultrasonography are the preferred methods for diagnosis of breast cancer,and joint detection has relatively high value in improving the sensitivity and accuracy of diagnosis of breast cancer.
