62例双瓣置换病人术后护理体会

目的总结风湿性心脏瓣膜病行二尖瓣、主动脉瓣双瓣置换术的护理经验,进而提高术后监护效果。方法对我院2011年4月至12月施行二尖瓣、主动脉瓣双瓣置换术的62例患者进行回顾性总结。结果手术均顺利完成,术后清醒时间168(60～180)min。瓣膜置换术后早期并发症:低心排量综合征6例,急性肾功能衰竭1例,大出血再次行开胸1例,心律失常6例,肺部炎症3例,其中死亡2例,死亡率为3.3%,死亡原因为术后出现低心排量综合征合并多器官功能衰竭。结论提高术后护理质量,加强对各项指标的监测,减少并发症的发生率,及早发现并处理并发症,是提高风湿性心瓣膜病患者二尖瓣、主动脉瓣双瓣置换术后近远期疗效的保障之一。

62 Cases Experiences of Postoperative Nursing for Double Valve Replacement

Objective To summarize the postoperative nursing experiences of mitral, aortic double valve replacement in the rheumatic heart diseases, thereby to increase the effect of postoperative care. Method The clinical data of 62 cases underwent mitral, aortic double valve replacement from April 2011 to December 2011 was retrospectively studied. Results All the operations completed successfully with awaken time of 168 （60 - 180 ）minutes. Early complications after heart valve replacement included low displacement syndrome of 6 cases, acute renal failure of 1 case, massive bleeding of 1 case, arrhythmia of 6 cases, and lung inflammation of 3 cases. 2 cases （3.3%） died from postoperative low displacement syndrome complicated with multiple or- gan failure. Conclusion It is the key points of the cautious postoperative nursing care, the accurately moni- toring of the indicators, early detection and treatment of complications for enhacing the short and long term effects of the mitral, aortic double valve replacement.
