| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血液透析（血透）患者的生活质量。方法 应用36题健康状况调查问卷评定了61例血透患者的生活质量,并抽取了Olson婚姻质量问卷中的婚姻满意度和性生活两个子量表对已婚患者进行测评。结果 （1）生活质量8个维度的评分,血透组均低于常模组。（2）生理功能（PF）、活力（VT）的评分,在职组明显高于无业组和退休组;情感职能（RE）、精神健康（MH）的评分,在职组明显高于无业组。（3）总体健康（GH）的评分,有配偶组显著高于无配偶组。（4）性生活评分血透组显著低于常模组。结论 血透患者的生活质量下降且与职业和婚姻状况有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the quality of life in hemodialysis patients(HD).MethodsSixty one hemodialysis patients completed the SF-36 and the Olson quality of marriage questionnaire.Results(1)The scores of eight section were significantly lower than the normal subjects.(2)The scores of PF and VT were higher in HD patients who got employment than those who losed employment and retired;the scores of RE and MH were higher in HD patients who got employment than those who losed employment.(3)The scores of GH in HD patients who had partner higher than those who did not have partner.(4)The scores of sexual life satisfaction was lower in HD patients than that in the normal subjects.Conclusion The quality of life in HD patients declined and correlated with job and marriage status. |
