| 摘 要： | 目的探讨阴道镜对宫颈疾病诊断的临床价值.方法对我院2003年11月～2004年10月210例患者进行阴道镜检查,并根据阴道镜图像定位取活组织送病理检查.结果确诊为宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN Ⅰ～Ⅲ级)13例,宫颈浸润癌3例,慢性宫颈炎176例,HPV感染18例.结论阴道镜检查对早期诊断、早期治疗宫颈癌、宫颈癌前病变、HPV感染有重要价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of colpscopy on the clinical diagnosis of cervical disease. Methods A total of 210 cervical cases underwent colposcopy and biopsies performed in the tongji hospitai of foshan from Nov.2003 to Oct.2004.Results 13 cases confirmed with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN); 3cases with cervical infiltrating tumor;176 cases with cervical chronic inflammation; 18 cases with human papilloma virus(HPV) infection. Conclusions Colposcopy can play important role in diagnosis and treating carcinoma of cervices, CIN and HPV at early stage. |
