| 摘 要： | 利用反相高效液相色谱法，采用外标法测定了清火栀麦片中栀子苷的含量。对清火栀麦片中栀子苷的提取方法、测定条件进行了选择，实验结果显示用乙醚先洗脱杂质，后用50％甲醇超声波振荡法提取较好。测定了5个厂家的清火栀麦片样品，栀子书含量分别为每片0．356、0．467、0．957、2．975、5．387mg，加样回收率为97．4％，RSD为1．61％。

| Abstract: | Content of geniposide in Qinghuo Zhimai tablet(QZM) was determined by RP-HPLC with the use of external standard. Conditions for the extraction and determination of geniposide from QZM were optimized. Results showed that the samples should be washed with ethyl ether to remove fatty impurities and then extracted with 50% methanol with the aid of ultrasonic wave. Samples from five different manufacturers were determined. Their geniposide contents varied from 0.356 mg/Tab, 0.467 mg/Tab, 0.957 mg/Tab,2.975 mg/Tab and 5.387 mg/Tab. The average recovery was 97.4% and RSD=1.61%. |
